It is pretty challenging to find an RV site to rent in the Boise Valley right now!  Nightly rates range from $45-$60 a night. However, discounted Monthly Rates are available at times with conditions.

​Our monthly discounted rate starts at $585 per month. This does not include power.  Power is metered at each site and billed monthly.



To qualify for the discounted rate the following applies:

  • RV must be 10 years or newer and in good operating condition
  • An application must be filled out with information about all persons and pets who will be staying in the RV.  Applications are HERE
  • Each applicant needs to initial and sign the terms and conditions. Found HERE
  • Each applicant will need to have a background check. When a site is available we will send each adult applicant a link for a background check. The cost for each background check provided to us from an outside agency is $30.  We look for past forced evictions, violent criminal history, Sex offense history.  A credit report is pulled at that time, a  " soft" hit to credit meaning it shows up as an inquiry but does not damage your credit score. Bad credit does not necessarily disqualify you from staying at a discounted rate. 
Other conditions that allow us to offer a discounted monthly rate are the following
  • 30 days notice must be given upon move out to qualify for a monthly rate. 
  • To qualify for a monthly site you would need opt into paying for the site once it becomes available regardless of your desired move in date.  Sometimes a monthly rate site may be available earlier than your desired move in date, for example a site may be available starting the 15th of October, you do not need the site until the 28th of October, but to secure the site  you would begin your monthly rate on October 15th)  This also applies when your plans are not yet set in stone. For example if you Start renting a site from us on the 10th of the month, but you get delayed in your arrival until the 23rd. Your site rental would need to begin on the 10th regardless of the day you arrive thereafter.
  • Site Cleanliness is important.  We have to maintain a clean clutter free RV park for us to provide sites for both short/long term site renters and overnight guests.  No outside storage of items is permitted for Monthly site renters.
